1. The Hupzo Marketplace

Hupzo is an online classified marketplace operated by Online Ads London Ltd. We provide a platform connecting buyers and sellers -- we are not a party to any transaction between them.

2. Listing Rules

• All information must be accurate and truthful
• You must own or have the right to sell the item
• Mileage, price, and condition must not be misrepresented
• Photos must show the actual item
• Listings must comply with UK law

3. Prohibited Content

• Stolen vehicles or items with fraudulent V5C documents
• Clocked or odometer-tampered listings
• Write-off vehicles without clear Category disclosure
• Advance-fee or deposit-fraud listings
• Illegal goods of any kind

4. Dealer Subscriptions

Dealer packages are charged monthly via PayPal. Cancel anytime through your PayPal subscription dashboard. No partial refunds. Hupzo may suspend accounts for policy violations.

5. Automated Checks

The Vetted badge confirms automated checks passed at submission -- it is not a guarantee of vehicle history or mechanical condition. Always conduct independent checks before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hupzo is not liable for listing accuracy, transaction outcomes, or losses arising from marketplace use. The transaction is between you and the other party.

7. Intellectual Property

Hupzo's brand, technology, and design are the property of Online Ads London Ltd. You grant Hupzo a non-exclusive licence to display your listing data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
